About My Invitations
I’ve tried to list some answers to some questions you might have. If there’s something else you wanted to know or isn’t made clear…just drop me an email.
How long will it take for me invitations to arrive?
I try and do a draft of your invitation within two days. You will then receive and email with a draft of the artwork, once this is signed off I will then print and post your invitations.
What size are the invitations?
All invitations and thank you cards are A6.
What type of paper are the invitations printed on?
The invitations are printed on a high quality matt 310gsm card.
Do you supply envelopes?
I’ve actually found that people don’t really use envelopes so I don’t supply any. If you did want envelopes, I’d suggest you supply these yourself, I find a good place to go for envelopes is ebay. Save the trees 🙂
How do I modify an existing order?
You can pick up any changes at proof. One change will be allowed at this stage.
I missed an item off my order, can I add it?
Of course, as long as you email me with your order number before your original item is posted, I’ll sort this out for you.
Where do I put a promo code?
You can place any promo codes in the ‘promo code’ box during the check out procedure. Only one promo code can be used at once.
What payment method do you use?
I process all my payments through PayPal offering yourself and I extra payment protection.
